Ok so basically the group is no more. There are several reasons for this:
1. Not enough staff who actually do work
2. The TERRIBLE font on umineko that we dont have a typesetter for to fix
3. Lack of regular encoder for umineko
4. Lack of a good amount of caring leechers
5. Other groups being enough to sub current shows
6. Fansubbing is now full of pure drama and bullshit
7. I am starting college and have a lot to keep up with, and I would still be fine if not for all the reasons above, thats just a bit too much to put up with while maintaining irl shit including other drama that is mostly caused by the male species
8. Nobody cares anyway
On another note, if there’s a good show later on that nobody is finishing/picking up or suddenly everyone in fansubbing quits or becomes WORSE THAN US (which is difficult) i’ll probably get some people together and revive this, but for now its over. The last two years were fun, I wish it didn’t have to end this way. Sorry to those who care by some chance.
Maybe I’ll start a blog later to have somewhere to rant now that this one is over ^_^;

Long time lurker, first time commenter here. I am also very sorry to hear this though I understand your reasons. Lots of luck with college and other irl stuff, and I’d just like to say thanks for subbing Monochrome Factor and Zoku/Natsume Yuujincho, the shows I downloaded from you. I enjoyed them a lot and you did great work with them! Good luck in the future, it would be nice if the group could get started up again but understandable if it isn’t. ^__^
*Breaks down* NOOOOOO! ;_; I’m going to miss you guys Dx I really loved your subs (Even if you didn’t x3), and the fact the guys still did avi now that most are abandoning it was great as well. But such is life, and we all have to inevitably move on D= I’m going to stay in the denial stage for awhile though XD

That’s a shame…. Too bad that is over. Hope that in future you’ll revive this group 
I enjoyed all your subs from Monochrome to Umineko and Zoku/Natsume Yuujinchou which I’m translating it in Romanian.

Don’t worry, I have faith in your ability to pull things together. Also, you should think about picking up Darker Than Black’s second season when it starts in October… I would even come back to TLC that one if you did.

its nice if i can be able to help, but its too bad that i don’t even know how to use irc (yeah, noob) plus, i can’t say that i can be able to translate all.. i have at least read/write 1000 kanji’s or so.. a level 3 passer (JLPT) but i think, my skills aren’t enough to sub.. >_> i hope someday, when i get better (much much mucchhhh better) i can apply/join in AINEX.. T.T
